For items with scheduled release times, a service fee applies only if the purchase is successful.
Fees are determined based on:
- Orders during or outside business hours
- Item price and quantity, category
- Required waiting time
- One-per-person purchase restrictions
- Difficulty of obtaining the item
Typical Fee Range: 1,500 JPY – 3,000 JPY

Purchasing at the Exact Sales Start Time
We perform advance purchase simulations and stay logged in and on standby before the sales begin. At the exact start time, we execute the purchase to maximize success rates.
Lottery Applications
We apply for lottery-based sales such as Pokémon Center lotteries on your behalf.
If the application requires specific conditions or additional processing time, a handling fee may be charged regardless of the outcome.
Important Notes
For large volumes of low-probability purchase requests or multiple entries in low-odds lotteries,
we may decline the request or charge a fee regardless of success.

*What Is a Virtual Waiting Room?
A virtual waiting room is a system used on high‑traffic websites.
When access volume becomes too heavy, visitors are temporarily directed to an online waiting room and are then admitted to the site in order.
If a virtual waiting room is enabled, an additional fee from 500 JPY to 3,000 JPY may be charged depending on the waiting time.
Waiting time up to 15 minutes: 500 JPY
Waiting time up to 30 minutes: 1,000 JPY
Waiting time up to 1 hour: 1,500 JPY
Waiting time up to 2 hours: 3,000 JPY
