About PayPal Authorization |
| |
When the total amount on
the order form is 30,000
JPY or more, the payment
will automatically switch to an authorization.
Only an authorization (credit hold) will be placed,
and no funds will be transferred to our PayPal
account at this stage. If the auction is won or
the purchase is completed, we will manually capture
the payment to finalize the transaction. If the auction or purchase is not successful, we will manually void the authorization.
|
| |
You may
temporarily see duplicate charges on your statement,
but any pending charges will be voided automatically
in about one week.

Why do we use
authorization? |
| |
When issuing a refund on
PayPal, the transaction fee originally paid is not
returned to the seller. With authorization, if
payment has not yet been captured, we can simply
void the authorization. This allows us to cancel
the transaction without incurring PayPal fees. |
| |
|
| * |
Deposits (including those for unsuccessful bids) will be applied toward new orders or remaining balances.
If there are no additional orders, we will refund the full deposit amount (including PayPal fees) using PayPal’s refund system. |
| |
|
| * |
If you have multiple orders with one order form.
we will refund it with final invoice.
( Deposit - Total Payment
= Refund Money ) |
|
The refunded PayPal fee will be calculated proportionally to the refunded payment amount. |
