Domestic Shipping Policy
For customers who request it, we also offer delivery within Japan.
When delivering within Japan, an additional handling fee of 5% will be charged on the total amount, which includes the product price, domestic shipping cost, and service fees.
Example of Domestic Shipping Charges:
Auction/Order Subtotal: 17000 JPY
Commission Subtotal: 2000 JPY
Yu-Pack (Domestic Shipping, Size XX): 1000 JPY
5% of the total charges (17000 JPY + 2000 JPY + 1000 JPY = 20000 JPY): 1000 JPY
When applying a 5% OFF sale:
Auction/Order Subtotal: 17000 JPY
Discount Subtotal: -800 JPY
Commission Subtotal: 2000 JPY
Yu-Pack (Domestic Shipping, Size XX): 1000 JPY

Notification Before Ordering:
Please inform us before placing your order if you wish to ship within Japan. Depending on the product or order amount, we may decline the request.
Address Update:
You must change the PayPal shipping address to a domestic Japanese address when placing your order.
On the PayPal checkout page, click “Change” in the “Shipping Address” section to add or select the correct address.
For instructions on how to register a shipping address, please contact PayPal.
Eligible Destinations:
We can ship to forwarding services (e.g., Tenso.com) or hotels within Japan.
Recipient Restrictions:
Shipments can only be made to the customer themselves. We cannot ship to friends, family members, or any third party.
No Change After Confirmation:
Once an order is confirmed for domestic shipping, it cannot be changed to international shipping.
Invoice Policy:
Our invoice will not be included in the package. For invoices intended for domestic shipments, we do not include detailed item descriptions such as HS/HTS codes required for customs clearance. If a forwarding service ships the goods overseas, they may request customs documents. Please note that we do not provide customs clearance or issue such documents.
Completion of Transaction:
The transaction is considered complete once the tracking status shows “Delivered” to the Japanese address. We are not responsible for any issues after delivery.
Opening a PayPal case after completion will result in legal action.
