We offer a proxy purchasing service for pre-order items available at online shops within Japan. Before placing your order, please review the important notes below. Be sure to clearly state

“Pre-order item / Release date: Month, Year”
 in the Notes section of the order form.

You may also copy and paste the release date in Japanese as listed in the product description. If additional support is required to align with the sales start or release timing of a pre-order item, please use our Limited-Time Support Service.

We accept orders for pre-order items from Japanese online shops. As many pre-order items require advance payment, a deposit is required prior to purchase.
We are also able to handle long-term pre-orders, including items with a release date more than one year in the future. However, as we need to conduct a preliminary review of the retailer, please contact us before placing your order.



Important Notes


Definition of Pre-Order Items At our service, the following items are considered pre-order items:

1. Items clearly marked as “pre-order” by the shop
2. Items that have not yet been released or stocked
3. Items that require a significantly longer shipping time than normal items
4. Made-to-order or handmade items that are produced after the order is placed

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies as a pre-order, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation Policy for Pre‑Order Items

Cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued if the shop cancels the order (e.g., discontinued products or shop-side cancellation).
In such cases, PayPal fees will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.


Please Be Aware of the Risks
Pre-order items involve the following potential risks:

The shop website may close
The shop may become unresponsive
The shop may fail to ship the item
The release date may be significantly delayed
Product details or specifications may change

All risks associated with pre-order items are borne by the customer.
